Mary Stone, Licenciada en Artes y Candidata a Maestría en Trabajo Social.

Mary (she/her) is a graduate student in her final year of the Master of Social Work program at Metropolitan State University of Denver. Mary is training in EMDR and has a BA is psychology from Arizona State University. She brings experience supporting clients of all ages. Her professional background includes supporting adults navigating mental health crises in behavioral health settings, along with foundational training in school social work at a local elementary school. Mary has also spent several summers volunteering with a program supporting adopted Korean youth. 

As a bicultural and bilingual Korean American, Mary’s experiences with culture and identity strongly inform her work. She brings a personal understanding of how environment, language, and culture shape a person’s sense of self and connection to others. Mary is passionate about helping individuals explore their identities and navigate the impact of trauma while recognizing their resilience. She views safety and support as a crucial foundation for growth and strives to embody that safe presence for her clients.

Outside of her professional work, Mary enjoys traveling, spending quality time with her family, exploring different cuisines, and seeking out good tunes! She considers herself a passionate cinephile and loves finding a good film to watch.

Mary conducts sessions in English and Korean.
